We find the right idea for your learners and then we make it happen.
We follow a design process that takes you through from beginning to end, to make ideas a reality.
We start by listening…
We listen to you about what you need… and we ask a lot of questions. And we like to listen to your learners too.
Then we analyse…
We bring together all the information we have gathered from you and your learners. This helps us define the aim of the project, or the problem to be solved, and pin down parameters like scope and budget.
We present you with options
And workshop our ideas (scenarios, micro-learning, gamification, serious games, learning communities…) with you so that you understand why we are recommending each option. And so you can make changes and improvements based on your knowledge of your own circumstances. Together we pick the best approach and document it.
We build a prototype
We create something tangible to confirm that it will work. This might be part of a module, or an alpha version, or even a paper prototype. Just enough to make sure we are all on the same page.
We write and we build and we review.
This is the heart of what we do. We build your elearning pieces. And if you need us to we can write it too. We review and test everything we do (and so can you).
We send it live.
We work with you to implement the solution - we support you whilst you test the module in your system. And we support you afterwards too.
