We're a Sydney-based team, located on the beautiful Northern Beaches. We work with clients all over Australia and can easily connect with you remotely. Of course, if there's ever a need for us to be on-site, we're happy to travel to you.
We're proud to say that the majority of our production work, including learning development, voiceovers, and video, is all done right here in Australia. For larger projects with tight deadlines, we sometimes partner with offshore developers. We carefully manage all work done with offshore partners to ensure top-notch quality. We'll always discuss any plans to offshore with you and you'll always be working directly with our friendly onshore team.

At the heart of our work is the learner. When we create eLearning solutions, we always ask ourselves "What will make the learning experience most effective and enjoyable for your learners?"
We're not stuck on one approach. We can take a variety of approaches like problem-based learning, microlearning, gamification, serious games, and more. We'll work within your budget and timeframe to find the perfect solution.

At Digital Hindsight, we like to work with eLearning authoring tools that are widely used in the industry, like Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
Our goal is to make it easy for you to maintain your learning modules, so we prefer to use the "out of the box" functionality in these tools instead of custom code or third-party plug-ins. These authoring tools are easy to use, relatively low cost to license, and can create accessible modules if set up correctly. Plus, your learners will love the modules we develop for you!
We can also work with Lectora and Adapt for clients who prefer these tools or have existing products.

Adobe Flash Player is no longer supported as it has some security and accessibility issues, so we can't create new modules in it. But, we do have clients who have older modules built in Flash.
Despite our youthful good lucks we were around in the eLearning industry before it went out of style. We understand it well so, we're the right team to help you update your older Flash modules to newer formats. Let's work together to get your content up to date!

No. After we have finished your project we'll give you ready-to-go SCORM or xAPI/Tin Can packages that are fully tested and can be used in any SCORM-compliant or xAPI-compliant Learning Management System (LMS). If you don't have an LMS or if your LMS doesn't support SCORM, we can also supply you with HTML packages.

Yes! We want to make sure you have complete control over your eLearning modules. When the project is complete, we'll give you the source files so you can update the modules yourself. All you need is a license for the authoring tool the module was built in and a bit of know-how, which we can help you with. We can even arrange a handover to show you how everything works.
But don't worry, if you need us to make any changes or if you run into any problems, we're always here to help. We keep a copy of your eLearning modules on file just in case, but if you've made any changes in the meantime, we'll ask you for your copy.
